The central government has started a new initiative to prevent cyber crimes. Home Ministry’s nodal agency i4C has ordered the Department of Telecommunications that all telecom companies should make people aware through caller-tune and pre-caller-tune. This caller-tune will play 8 to 10 times a day and in this, important messages will be given to the users to stay alert from cyber crimes. Apart from this, it is being advised to avoid sharing any unknown link or OTP.
