The story of the film shows the power struggle in a coastal area, where Jr NTR has played the roles of Devra and Varadha. Devra is a powerful personality who wields a dominant position of power in the area, while Varadha is his opposite nature. Saif Ali Khan plays Bhairava, a wrestling expert and a dangerous villain. Janhvi Kapoor plays Thangam, a village girl who is in love with Varadha.
